What is the difference between buying fabric from FELINE compared to other fabric store?
- How do I start using FELINE website to purchase fabric?
Well, it is very subjected to an individual’s preference. You can start with browsing our designs galleries and select a design to your liking. Then, select the desired length and type of material (fabric) for it to be printed on and add it to your shopping cart. Once done, proceed with check out & payment. Alternatively, you can read through the introduction of FELINE fabrics HERE to identify the right material before proceeding with your design selection.
- What is the uniqueness of FELINE’s designs?
There are more than 100,000 selections of designs which were uniquely curated by our pattern designers & Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology to fulfil your fashion desires. All designs have been sensibly grouped into their appropriate categories to ease your selection. Apart from the frequently updated Evergreen collection, we have also included a Masterpiece gallery & Designer series (limited edition) in our design collections to give our customers the exclusiveness of owning a one of kind masterpiece or limited edition fabric designs.
- What fabric materials do FELINE offer?
In terms of fabric selections, we have chosen fabrics which fulfilled European grades & standards to ensure our customers receive the best on material quality. Fret not, having the best quality doesn’t always mean it will be expensive; FELINE’s fabrics are delivered to customers directly from the manufacturer (without any intermediaries), which makes quality products at affordable prices. - Why did FELINE choose digital printing instead of conventional fabric dyeing methods?
Digital printing might cost more than the conventional fabric dyeing methods, but we have zero tolerance for poor printing quality. Hence, we apply the world's most advanced digital printing technology in our production, and cooperate with China's largest digital printing manufacturer to provide users with the most precise & finest printing results on their fabrics. Furthermore, we chose to digitally print on fabrics because it is more environmentally friendly compared to the conventional fabric dyeing methods.

- Do I need to create an account to shop online?
No. You can shop as a guest. However, if you create an account you will be able to track your parcel, view past orders and save details so that forms are pre-filled for future purchases. By creating an account you will also enjoy shopping/discount vouchers from time to time when we run campaigns.

- How do I place an order?
- Go to felinemy.com
- Log in using your details or continue as a guest.
- Choose your preferred design, followed by the length and material selection.
- Add to cart (You can either continue shopping for more designs or directly proceed to check out after this step).
- Fill up your information accordingly and proceed to the shipping info page (Items are shipped by air from overseas. FELINE subsidises the shipping fee on every single order).
- Proceed to payment and select payment method.
- Make payment to complete order.
- A confirmation email will be sent to your previously provided email address.
- What are the available payment methods?
We accept below payment methods:
- Ipay88 (online transfer, credit card & debit card payment)
- PayPal
- Why is the price different for different types of fabrics?
The price varies due to the 3 available ranges of different materials of different quality. Also, the price is inclusive of the raw material (fabric itself), design, and printing costs. You may refer to the following table for further understanding;
- Can I cancel an order?
Once the payment has been made, you are not allowed to cancel the order because all fabrics sold are made-to-order/custom made items.
- Can I add order after checking out?
No. Unfortunately you will need to make a separate order.
- My shipping location is listed but there is no shipping method found, how do I proceed?
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience as your shipping location is not available at this moment and you will not be able to proceed further unless you provide a shipping location which has provided shipping method selections. - Why am I paying RM9 for shipping fee while some local seller is charging RM8/kg only?
Every FELINE order is directly shipped from overseas via air freight due to the following reasons:
- Shipped from overseas - Direct from factory to avoid intermediaries so our customers can enjoy the highest value for money products.
- Air freight - To ensure items are delivered within the shortest lead time.
While you are paying the minimum possible charges that we could afford, FELINE subsidises a big portion of your overseas shipping fees as per the chart below:
- I have received the wrong item. What should I do?
Kindly contact us at Whatsapp immediately. Our customer service will assist to resolve your issue.
- I haven’t received my item yet, what should I do?
Your patience is greatly appreciated as your items are shipped from overseas, which will take approximately 10 working days for the delivery. In the meantime, you may track your order via the link sent to your email. However, kindly contact us via Whatsapp if you still have not received your items after 10 working days.
